So, the realtor called today and said that someone had already put in an offer on the house, and it was accepted. So, back to the drawing board. It's rather unfortunate too because that was in a prime commuting location for me! Also, the house was such a good deal, probably why there was already another offer.
The realtor said that she would keep an eye out for other houses for me. I guess this is probably a good thing because I was a little worried about how I was going to get out of the lease that I currently am obligated to until January. My landlord likes me, but I am not sure if he likes me enough to let me out of a lease. Probably not.
Who knows, maybe a better deal will come along. Or, I could pray that the other family loses funding, or their job. Yes, lets go with the second option.

Wow, you really are heartless, but I still love you. So sorry to hear that you did npt get the house, I was excited to have you as a neighbor even though I will be moving this summer, it would have been fun while it lasted.
